The prices above apply to necklaces up to 20" (50cms). Please call or email for a quote for longer lengths. We will normally return work within 2 or 3 working days. We will call you if there is any delay.

We will charge 25p for any phone calls we have to make to you.
Cheques should be made payable to Silver Nutmeg. If you prefer we can call you to take a card payment over the phone. Payment should cover the cost of re-stringing and return postage (we will probably re-use your envelope).
Please be aware that a knotted necklace may be slightly shorter after re-knotting.
